9/9/09 | Middle Tennessee Wedding Photography { frogs and faeries }

What a cool anniversary date - 9/9/09! Jen doesn't have to worry about Brad ever forgetting now, huh? :) It was great to be a part of their special day. Jen and Brad got married at Jen's grandmother's home in Nashville. I just loved all the details of this wedding, so here's a whole sneak peak devoted to them!

Cannon | Murfreesboro Baby Photography { frogs and faeries }

Cannon is a baby after my own heart. I mean how perfect are we for each other seeing that my favorite toy is my Canon 5D Mark II??? I seriously considered naming Jake "Canon" but I was afraid my family might give me too much heck for it. :)

Cannon is the cutest, chunkiest 11 weeker ever! And a head full of hair too! I had a great time with his sweet parents during the session too. I am still in awe and so jealous of the story of how they met. :) :) :) He, he, he . . .

A funny side note from this session - earlier in the day, I had shared a KitKat bar with Jake. Which he immediately threw down on the couch (what was he thinking!!). And I sat on it. Yep - you see where this is going. During the entire session, I had a big brown spot on my booty. Talk about embarrassing when I saw it on there later that night! :)

Isn't he gorgeous?

This sweet baby came in for her 4 (almost 5!) month session. She is growing into such a little beauty! It was so good to see you guys again!

Mom found this hat on Etsy. In case you are looking for that something extra to add to your photos, check out Etsy. Lots of cute clothes and accessories that are all handmade!

My Daddy's Wedding | Middle Tennessee Wedding Photography { frogs and faeries }

I'm so happy to finally be able to share some images I took during our weekend trip to Gatlinburg back in June for my father's wedding. I'll be honest - we kind of thought our dad would never get remarried, but then he met Theresa, and that's all she wrote! Theresa is the sweetest woman a man could ask for - she loves to cook, she's great with my kiddos (they LOVE her) and she volunteers to take my grandparents to the hospital/doctor whenever needed. I'm so happy for both of them. Thank you for asking me to document this special time in your lives. Now, I'm just waiting for the newborn pictures.

Ha! Just kidding! :o)

Another Gorgeous Mama | Middle Tennessee Maternity Photography { frogs and faeries }

Another gorgeous mama that has purchased the Mommy and Me package! I know this is gonna be a good lookin' baby girl if she takes anything after Mama! (Well, she'd be pretty lucky to take after Daddy too!) These two are such a fun couple and they have a great sense of humor. I was definitely riding the loopy train last night during their session, saying the goofiest things. They just laughed right along with me. Thanks guys! :)

Mom spends quiet time with Harper by putting headphones on her belly and rockin' out to all kinds of music. So when Mom came in with an idea to document this, I jumped at the chance. Thanks for your creativity, Mom!

Mom made the shirt, too!

Lovely Little Lady | Murfreesboro Baby and Family Photography { frogs and faeries }

Let me first start by saying thanks to everyone for being so patient with their sneak peaks and gallery previews. I wish I knew of a way to clone myself, but so far, nothing has come up on my Google searches. :)

Meet Brylie (I think I spelled that right!) - such a sweet 10 month old. She is perfectly plump and cheery. Dad was a great help with the smiles, and wasn't afraid at all to get right in close to me. Thanks, Dad!

She was so happy | Middle Tennessee Baby Photography { frogs and faeries }

This one - she was all smiles. Mom told me that she was a morning girl, so we scheduled her appointment for 8:30 in the morning, and she definitely didn't disappoint! Addison was all smiles right up until the end when I snuck in a serious one!

Can you believe . . . | Middle Tennessee Maternity Photography { frogs and faeries }

That this hot mama is due in 18 days??? She's gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Mom and Dad purchased our Mommy and Me package, so I'm excitedly awaiting Baby. Mom and Dad don't know the sex of Baby, but I'm guessing boy (so, you guys can go ahead and buy all pink, ok?). :)

I just upgraded to the newest version on Photoshop, so I'm playing around with a new logo. Something a bit more simplistic.

More to come | Clarksville Newborn Photography { frogs and faeries }

I promise that there will be more sweet images from this session, but I just had to post this one.

Quint1

And I have some great maternity images to share too. Be on the look-out tomorrow!

As promised (although a bit later than scheduled) here are some more sweet images of Baby Trip.

All babies have a certain "thing" that soothes them. Be it rocking, back patting, shooshing, rubbing between their eyes, and it's my job to determine what this is in each baby I photograph. With Trip, it was a blanket - being swaddled in it, having it draped over him, or simply behind his back. Once I figured this out, he was out like a light!
