I am implementing a few changes here at Frogs and Faeries. This is mostly to make my life less crazy! I love how busy I am and am so thankful for all of your business, but I have been thinking about how to streamline things to be more efficient. I tend to really throw myself into the things that I do, and to be quite honest with you, here lately, I have been really neglecting my home. You should see the piles (yes - piles!) of laundry I have to do. There are several changes that I would like to implement to make things here at Frogs and Faeries more efficient.
The first change that will begin immediately is that there will now be a $50 deposit required to hold your session date. Things are really busy around here and session dates are precious things. I am hoping that this will help keep people from cancelling at the last minute. This deposit is non-refundable (as long as you reschedule, this fee will transfer to that date) and will transfer to your package fee after your session. If you have an upcoming session, please send in your $50 deposit to save your date. You can mail a check to me at 1609 Antebellum Drive, Murfreesboro, Tn, 37128 (please include your session date on the memo line of your check) or if you would like to use a credit card, you can pay through PayPal. To pay through PayPal, please add a $3.50 surcharge to your total.
The second change taking place immediately is that on-line galleries will only be available for one week. After one week, they will be removed from viewing. If you need more time, there will be a $25 fee to rehost.
I am hoping that these changes will make things more efficient around here, which will in turn allow me to get your images to you faster! Sounds good, right?
Have a Terrific Thursday!

Why should you invest in custom portraiture?

Talan
Meet Talan, a two and a half year old cutie. Talan and I had a great time tonight. We got along really well and were fast friends. He even invited me back to his house to play! Talan has the prettiest brown eyes.
Talan and his family are big Atlanta Braves fans.

Beautiful Emily
Today, I had a session with 15 month old Emily. Emily and her mom drove all the way from Kentucky for little ole me! Man, I feel special! The minute that I laid eyes on Emily, I knew this was going to be a great session. She was a natural in front of the camera and oh so pretty. I am so excited to share these images with you all. There were also so many more that would have looked equally as good here! Mom - I don't know how you are going to choose!
By the way, you did feed Emily when you got home, didn't you? :) :) :)

I wasn't joking when I said she was pretty!

Perhaps a canvas in this one?

Mason
This morning, I met up with Mason and his family for his one year session. This is the first time I have used Gregory Mill Park in Smyrna for a session. I really like it. I love the fence and the big trees. Mason was so good the whole time, but part I most enjoyed from the session was seeing Daddy (who is normally very laid back during sessions) jump, sing and blow bubbles. Something about some football game or something . . . :) :)
Doesn't the blue in his outfit really make Mason's eyes pop?

Little Man
A friend from high school called me a couple of months ago and asked if I'd be interested in taking her little boy's two year pictures. I was so excited that she had chosen me, but I have to admit, a little nervous, too. Anyone that knows me well, knows what a perfectionist I am. Of course, I always want the best for my sessions, but with this one being a blast from the past, I really wanted to produce some amazing images. I don't know if it was me, the weather, or the tremendously cute little boy I was photographing, but these pictures ROCK! I am so proud of them! After quickly looking through them, I had written down over 20 to showcase! I was able to narrow it down to these six, but -
Beth - How are you ever going to decide? :)

Doesn't the camera just love little Phillip?
